Celebration of Establishment Day

152nd years of The Establishment Day of the Apostolic Carmel was celebrated on November 19th 2022in our school. The Thanksgiving Mass commenced with a high-spirited hymn led by the Carmel Blossoms.
A short ceremony was held to honour our foundress Venerable Mother Veronica. A portrait of our Foundress was adorned with a garland by the celebrant Sister Gracy, Principal of Carmel Composite PU College. The Sisters, Teacher representatives, Carmel Blossoms and the student representatives offered flowers to Venerable Mother Veronica with much devotion and reverence.
An informative presentation on the life of our Foundress Venerable Mother Veronica was viewed by all the students of PU and Carmel School. Standard VA, VIIIB and PU enacted Mother Veronica's life beautifully with devotion. Programme ended with Celebrant speech about the significance of the day and offered Prizes to the students , who won in the quiz conducted by The Headmistress of Carmel English School. We pray that Mother Veronica may be raised to the honours of sainthood soon.
