Republic day commemorates the adoption of constitution of India on January 26, 1950. With remembering Dr. B R Ambedkar a Father of Constitution we had celebrated Republic day with great enthusiasm. ECO Shree Ramesh sir was Chief guest of today's celebration accompanied with Joint Secretary Sr. Keerthan , Headmistress, Asst. Headmistress, Principal of Carmel PU College, Teachers, parents and students. Chief guest addressed the gathering that importance of Constitution, fundamental rules and regulations. He said, Indian citizens have power to choose their government democratically. Standard VII was in-charge of a days' celebration, prayer, dance and songs entertained the gathering. Programme was ended with distributing sweets.
