A farewell party was organized in our school on 4th March 2026 to bid goodbye to the outgoing students. The program was held in the school auditorium. The program began with prayer service invoking god's blessings for the success of the day, followed by prayer dance. The celebration was grace by our chief guest Kumari Sai Deekshitha, Taluk topper of the academic year 2024-25 and scored 625/625. She is our pride and Carmelite also. Sr. Maria Aruna the joint secretary, Sr. Dorine Jacques the headmistress, Sr. Renita Baretto the assistant headmistress and the staff members of Carmel English School was presented to bid farewell to all the students. Students of class 9th welcomed the guests with flowers. Kumari Sai Deekshitha shared her experience about her success and cooperation from staff members and she believed that only practice makes us perfect and it's the a key to success. Our beloved joint secretary awarded cash prize to students who achieved cent percent attendance and to the preparatory toppers, sister congratulated them for their hardwork and she encouraged all students to follow their example and strive for excellence in both attendance and studies. Our headmistress encouraged all the students to prepare well for their board exams to bring cent percent result to our school. As a part of farewell ceremony class 9th students presented various cultural programs and valuable skit about the mobile addiction of these days under the guidance of teachers Latha and Gayathri. Many students from class 10 shared their memories and expressed their gratitude to the teachers and the school. The students of class 9 presented songs, dances and fun games to entertain the seniors. Our joint secretary distributed momentos to all the teachers who participated in the competition of mother Marig Aloysia quiz competition. The momentos were distributed by all the teachers and they also gave their blessings to the SSLC students. The teachers appreciated the students for their hardwork and achievements. At the end of the program lunch was served to all the students. The programme concluded with vote of thanks. The farewell party was an emotional and memorable event for all. It was a wonderful way to wish the outgoing students success and happiness in their future.
