Campus Teacher's Orientation Programme

Campus Teacher's Orientation Programme at Carmel English School, Nanjangud. Carmel English School organized a Campus Teacher's Orientation Programme on 26/ 05/2026 with Rev. Fr. Peter CSSR and Fr. Nirmal as the resource persons and guests of the programme. The programme began with a prayer service conducted by the Shanthi Nilaya Preparatory school teachers, invoking God’s blessings on the institution and the staff. This was followed by a warm welcome addressed by Assistant Headmistress Sr. Maria Neetha . Rev. Fr. Peter CSSR was welcomed with a bouquet by the Administrator Sr. Maria Smitha AC, Fr. Nirmal was welcomed with a flower by the Joint Secretary Sr. Maria Aruna AC, Sr. Gracy AC - Principal of Carmel Composite PU College, and Sr. Dorin Jacques AC - Headmistress of Carmel English School, Nanjangud, were also welcomed by the teachers. During the orientation session, Rev. Fr. Peter CSSR and Fr. Nirmal enlightened the teachers on the importance of values, discipline, faith, goal setting, and the role of a teacher in shaping young minds. The sessions were highly interactive, with various activities that actively involved all the teachers. Through these engaging activities, the resource persons effectively connected important concepts to real-life teaching situations, making the programme both meaningful and inspiring. The programme concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks rendered by Smt. Sowmya, Lecturer, Carmel Composite PU College, expressing gratitude to the resource persons, management, and all those who contributed to the success of the event.
